KEEP CALM AND COME TO PRACTICE YOGA !

WELCOME BACK!

We will have different themes every month that we will work with during the term. 

Let´s start September and welcoming it with FOUNDATIONS, in the asana practice and in the pranayama (breath). 
Foundations works perfectly both for beginners (a great start!) and for advanced practitioners (a great way to come back to the roots for deepen the practice).
We all need basics to stay connected into the very center of ourselves.

So warmly welcome to the first class of the term next SUNDAY 14TH OF SEPTEMBER FROM 6pm IN B-SAL, SKARPNÄCKS KULTURHUSET.
