Today 06 of March 2022 the class is cancelled.
See you in two weeks everyone.
Enjoy the sun!
Warmly,
Ortensyoga
Hi Everyone,
with the new restrictions, we will have to move the time to 18.15 to
allow the previous course to finish and to open the windows before our
class. So we will start at 18.15 and finish at 19.30.
Secondly, I ask everyone to book your spot, write an email the day before the class at least and cancel if you cannot come.
Update me if you get a positive covid test the days after the class so I can email everyone else that was at the class with you.
Further, we can only have 6 people in the room, so 5
participants plus me. It feels very little group but cozy anyway. So
extra important that you book or cancel your place to give the
possibility to others who want to come but could not book it on time.
Last but not least, remember that the class survives on donations so
please take with you an exchange if you want to keep practicing
together.
I guess is obvious by now, but I repeat, stay home if you feel sick and wash your hands. ;-)
Those times make me think so much of interbeing and interdependence. Of this thread that connects us all, humans and non-humans.
Take care and see you soon.
Warmly,
Giulia
We meet anyway in the same place at the same time (Sal B, Sundays 18.00-19.15) for a new year together practicing.
For whatever reason, we come back to the mat , over and over again..
...What is your reason?
New dates are here:
January 23rd
February 6th and 20th
March 6th and 20th
April 3rd and 17th
May 8th and 22nd
As we have done until now, you need to book your spot every time or just let me know in advance which classes you aim to attend. We continue to do it, in order for me to reach you easier in case the class is canceled for sickness or in case other information needs to be spread quickly for the participants of the classes.
Please stay home if you have the minimum symptom.
Take care of yourself and others.
May you all have a smooth transition into the new year.
See you soon.
Warmly,
Ortensyoga

November 7th, 28th
December 5th, 19th

Please follow the same rules as last year and stay home if you don´t feel well, let us know if you do get sick with the virus right after class, and please book your spot via email before the class (so that I can inform others if a participant got sick aftre the class for example, and I can let you know if I am sick and so the class will be canceled or postponed).
You book or cancel your spot at ortensyoga@gmail.com
Take care in the mean while and see you soon.
With warmth,

Hi dear friends,
I am happy to let you know that we are starting with new classes to bloom together into spring time.Hi dear friends and yogis .
I am sadly writing to say that next sunday 22nd will be the last class for the year.
The Kulturhuset is closing all the activities now with the new restrictions, and so we also feel is important to have a common strategy in this new time where we face the pandemic´s second wave.
We will start again the classes in the beginning of February.
In the meanwhile, stay safe, take care of your community, be present with what arises and enjoy nature.
If you need some sort of guidance to keep up with the practice, do not hesitate to reach out.
See you on Sunday!
Here a quote by Pema Chödrön, from her book Living Beautifully: with Uncertainty and Change :
“It’s not impermanence per se, or even knowing we’re going to die, that is the cause of our suffering, the Buddha taught. Rather, it’s our resistance to the fundamental uncertainty of our situation. Our discomfort arises from all of our efforts to put ground under our feet, to realize our dream of constant okayness. When we resist change, it’s called suffering. But when we can completely let go and not struggle against it, when we can embrace the groundlessness of our situation and relax into its dynamic quality, that’s called enlightenment, or awakening to our true nature, to our fundamental goodness. Another word for that is freedom—freedom from struggling against the fundamental ambiguity of being human.”

Hi dear OrtensYoga friends!
Autumn signs are all around.
Hopefully you also feel recharged from the sun and the green nature that the summer gifted us with.

Our intention is to practice together with you for a more conscious collective, in order to inspire the change that we wish to see in society.
Always starting from our own breath.

November the 8th and the 22nd
